Roo! Takes Center Stage at Madison Square Garden

Roo! graciously accepts her Best Mixed Breed Award from the WKC Masters Agility Event on Monday night. What a great moment to share with her! It was her night to shine.  She is probably the first Mixed Breed to ever set foot at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

Roo! competes at Westminster

On Saturday, February 8th, the Westminster Kennel Club held their inaugural  Masters Agility Championship at Pier 94 in New York City.  This year, they not only included agility but they also allowed Mixed Breeds to compete.  Roo! and I were lucky enough to be chosen from more than 1000 entries.

The competition consisted of 2 rounds, a standard and jumper's course.  The best dogs were selected for the finals.

Round 1 (Jumpers):  Roo! won a first place ribbon

Round 2 (Standard):  Roo! won a first place ribbon

Finals run and win!
